Responsibilities include:
- Arranging and checking customer documentation
- Arranging vehicle deliveries
- Handling customer queries via phone, email, and live chat
- Providing updates on vehicle deliveries
- Liaising with vehicle suppliers, funders, and logistics teams
- Updating supplier computer systems
Ideal for:
A strong communicator who's empathetic, professional, and passionate about customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Confidence in using a variety of different computer systems
- Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience in admin, customer service, or automotive roles (advantageous but not essential)

Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and results-driven Account Managers to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for understanding customers' needs, providing tailored vehicle leasing solutions across both new and used vehicles, and leading initiatives that enhance our service delivery. Strong communication and the ability to think independently are essential to effectively collaborate with both clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Analyse customer requirements and provide strategic recommendations to enhance their vehicle leasing experience.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle updates, product offerings, and service enhancements.
- Collaborate with wider teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Address any client concerns promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role.
- Strong computer literacy is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers at all levels.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
