The Role -

As part of the role of customer support, you will maximise all sales opportunities for Leasing Options by providing as much help and information to our customers as possible, while delivering outstanding customer service and at all times staying within the rules of the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") and British Vehicle Leasing and Rental Association ("BVRLA") guidelines. You will be responsible for building relationships with prospective and existing customers and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure at all times you treat the customer fairly in line with the rules of the FCA
• To achieve Key Performance Indicators as set by management
• Qualify new opportunities and ensure that they are passed to and then followed up by an Account Manager, in a professional and timely manner
• To ensure customers are kept informed of enquiry and order progress.
• To update the Leasing Options database and funder databases where required with correct and true information.
• To carry out regulatory training as and when required.
• Build relationships with customers, to encourage repeat business.
• Gain basic vehicle specification knowledge
• Ensure all conversations with customers are conducted as per FCA and BVRLA guidelines.
• Ensure you have a basic knowledge of company car taxation i.e. how to work out Benefit in kind.
• You may be required to carry out other duties from time to time to meet the needs of the business

Essential Skills

• Must have previous Sales Experience
• Good telephone manner

• Competent IT skills with ability to learn new software quickly
